A Culture of Caring Respecting Our Teams We’ve created a working environment where our people feel respected, empowered and inspired. Our foundation of diversity and inclusion allows us to attract superior talent. Varied backgrounds, talents, experiences and perspectives benefit everyone, from staff to customers. Respecting Our Communities We continually invest our resources and engage in activities that make a positive difference in the communities we serve. Respecting Our Environment We operate greener, by reducing our environmental impact — emissions, fuel, waste, materials and energy — to protect all the locations in which we live, work and fly. For example, our 737-800s will be the most fuel-efficient aircraft serving the intra-Alaska market, and can fly nonstop from remote Alaska locations to Seattle and beyond. In addition, we’re continually making investments and changes in order to reach our commitment of achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2040. This includes: • Upgrading our fleet with fuel-efficient aircraft • Employing sustainable aviation fuels that deliver 60-80% net CO₂ reductions • Saving 241 pounds of fuel per optimized flight with AI-powered technology • Incorporating new propulsion technologies • Improving ground operations with electric service equipment and single-engine taxiing, and by using ground versus aircraft power at gates 9
